Key Responsibilities
Client Interaction & Service
Greet clients warmly and maintain a welcoming environment.
Handle client queries about schedules, packages, and ongoing offers.
Ensure clients have a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Scheduling & Coordination
Manage class bookings and update attendance.
Coordinate with trainers for session timings and client-specific needs.
Handle cancellations, reschedules, and waiting lists.
Renewals & Follow-ups

Requirements
Prior experience in front desk / reception / client servicing preferred.
Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel (mandatory).
Friendly, approachable personality with a focus on client satisfaction.
Ability to handle multi-tasking in a busy studio environment.
Comfortable with phone calls & WhatsApp follow-ups.
