The Telecaller Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, explaining products/services to customers, and converting leads into appointments or sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, customer handling ability, and a target-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities
 Lead Calling & Conversion
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases or leads.
Explain company services/products clearly and convincingly.
Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments/bookings/sales.
Maintain follow-up calls and convert warm leads into active customers.

Customer Interaction
Respond to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, or other communication channels.
Maintain professionalism and build customer trust through effective communication.
Record customer feedback and preferences for future engagement.

Data Management & Reporting
Update CRM or calling sheets with call status, customer responses, and follow-up schedules.
Maintain accurate daily call logs, lead status, and conversion reports.
Coordinate with sales or field teams to schedule visits or service activations.

Target Achievement
Work towards achieving daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Actively participate in sales campaigns, promotional offers, and outbound marketing activities.


Performance Metrics / KPIs
Number of calls made per day.
Lead conversion rate.
Follow-up efficiency.
Customer satisfaction and call quality.
