 Reports to: Sales Manager / Team Leader
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Incentives: Up to ₹2,000 per month (performance-based)

Basic computer knowledge

Role & Responsibilities
Promote and sell HDFC Bank Credit Cards & Loan Products to potential customers
Lead generation through outbound calls, referrals, and follow-ups
Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable product
Explain product features, benefits, eligibility, and documentation process
Maintain customer database and update CRM records
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of customers
