Job description:

We're looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. You'll source, attract, and hire top talent for various roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
  • Manage interview schedules and feedback
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements
  • Improve recruitment processes
  • Co-ordinating with the employees and visiting branches

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in HR software
  • Required only Female candidate
