Zonal Service Incharge

Job Title: ASSISTANT TECHNICAL SUPPORT/ZONAL SERVICE INCHARGE OPPO KARNATAKA SERVICE DEPARTMENT

Location: Karnataka Service Center BANGALORE BASE LOCATION OPPO KTK HO (FLEXIABLE TO VISIT ALL OVER KARNATAKA )

Salary Package: 20000 to 30000 (Depending on Experience)

Benefits: Statutory benefits such as ESIC and PF, TRAVEL , FOOD & ACCOMADAION FOR AUDITING

Job Description:

- Perform routine maintenance on Oppo devices including smartphones and other electronic gadgets

- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with devices

- Repair or replace faulty parts as needed

- Conduct product testing and quality assurance checks

- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person

- Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance

- Stay updated on the latest Oppo products and technologies

- Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery

- CONDUCT AUDITING IN THE SERVICE CENTERS OF STOCKS GUIDE SERVICE ENGINEERS REGARDING QUERIES& TECHNICAL SUPPORT GUIDE IN TECHNICAL STEPS REPORTING AND TAKING APPROVAL FROM BACKENED TEAM& MANAGEMENT.

- SHOULD BE FLEXIABLE TO WORK ANY LOCATION MAINTAING SERVICE CENTERS UNDER HIM AUDITING ROUTINELY EVERY MONTH UNDER THE LOCATONS UNDER HIM.

­- PREPARING OF REPORTS DAY TO DAY PERFORMANCE TRACKING CONDUCTING EXAMS FOR ENGINEERS &CCO MONTHLY& WEEKLY BASIS 

Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree in Electronics, MECHANICAL or (ITI)

- Strong technical skills and knowledge of mobile phone repair

- Excellent problem-solving abilities

- Good communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
