HR Recruiter – Non IT Hiring*

Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end non-IT hiring across Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, Manufacturing, Retail, and support functions.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Handle complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
  2. Source candidates through portals like Naukri.com, Foundit, Hirect & LinkedIn
  3. Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews
  4. Coordinate interviews and share shortlisted profiles with hiring managers
  5. Manage offer rollout, salary discussion, and joining formalities
  6. Support onboarding and documentation


Requirements:

  1. 1.5 to 4 years of recruitment experience (Non-IT hiring preferred)
  2. Strong sourcing & communication skills
  3. Ability to meet hiring targets
  4. MBA/BBA in HR or relevant field
