Job Description
Job Title: Operations & Credit Manager
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 2 to 4 years
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Support credit team in reviewing customer applications and verifying documents.
Analyze and interpret financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
Maintain and update operational reports using Excel and internal systems.
Coordinate with internal teams and partners for loan processing and approvals.
Ensure accuracy and compliance in documentation and data entry.
Assist in monitoring customer accounts and repayment tracking.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Data Cleaning, etc.).
Language: Fluent in Kannada and/or Tamil (preferred), along with English and Hindi.
Understanding of basic financials and ability to interpret company or borrower data.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred:
Prior internship or experience (2 to 4 years) in operations, credit, NBFC, or banking domain.
Familiarity with loan documentation and KYC processes.
