About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations & Credit Executive to join our team. The role involves supporting day-to-day operational processes, reviewing customer financials, and assisting in credit assessment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in finance or lending operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Support credit team in reviewing customer applications and verifying documents.

Analyze and interpret financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).

Maintain and update operational reports using Excel and internal systems.

Coordinate with internal teams and partners for loan processing and approvals.

Ensure accuracy and compliance in documentation and data entry.

Assist in monitoring customer accounts and repayment tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Data Cleaning, etc.).

Language: Fluent in Kannada and/or Tamil (preferred), along with English and Hindi.

Understanding of basic financials and ability to interpret company or borrower data.

Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Economics, or related fields.

Strong attention to detail and a learning mindset.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred:

Prior internship or experience (0–2 years) in operations, credit, NBFC, or banking domain.

Familiarity with loan documentation and KYC processes.
