Job Title: Sales Team Leader – Channel Sales (Real Estate)

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Work Mode: Work from Office (Mandatory)

About the Company:

Gruhatara Real Estates is a fast-growing real estate firm specializing in residential and commercial projects. We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Team Leader to manage and drive our channel sales team.

Position Overview:

The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for handling a team of sales executives, managing channel partners, achieving sales targets, and ensuring overall team performance.

Salary Package:

Up to ₹70,000 per month (Based on experience)

Attractive Incentive Structure applicable

Experience Required:

Minimum 4+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales

Team handling experience is mandatory

Channel sales experience preferred

Working Days & Timing:

6 Days Working

Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) – Working

One weekday off (Tuesday or Wednesday)

Work from Office – HSR Layout

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and manage a team of sales executives

• Develop and expand channel partner network

• Drive team towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Monitor team performance and conduct regular review meetings

• Motivate and guide team members to improve conversions

• Support team in site visits, negotiations, and deal closures

• Ensure proper lead allocation and follow-up system

• Maintain sales MIS reports and performance tracking

• Develop sales strategies to increase bookings

• Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years experience in real estate sales

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets

• Experience in handling and mentoring a team

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

• Target-oriented and performance-driven mindset

• Strong knowledge of Bangalore real estate market preferred

• Immediate joiners preferred

Preferred Skills:

• Strong broker/channel partner network

• Good analytical and reporting skills

• Ability to train and build high-performing teams
