WAM Senior Manager (eFront / Private Markets)

Requirements:

As a Senior Manager you will be responsible for managing and delivering innovative solutions to the clients. Therefore, you must be flexible, adaptable and passionate about innovation. You will be responsible for liaising and managing key stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that the solutions are delivered successfully. The successful candidate will have:

• Experience working in Private Markets platforms domain such as efront,Alts Bridge, Investran.
• Experience leading large scle platform implementation in Private Markets domain
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking.
• Strong ability in analysing data and tracing it within eFront Invest.
• Strong requirements elicitation skills.
• Strong collaboration and client communication skills.
• Participation in the migration of data on the eFront Invest solution.
• Good to have config & scripting exp in atleast one of the platforms (efront,Alts Bridge, Investran etc).
• User support and training.
• Strong knowledge on asset classes such as private equity and real estate across front office, middle office, and back-office side of business.
• Exposure to portfolio management, trade execution, data control and operations and portfolio administration on eFront platform.
• Should possess high-level understanding of data model.
• Good experience understanding client requirements and streamline them appropriately to the team.
• Good Leadership skills.
• Excellent client-facing skills.
• MBA/MCA/ BE / B.Tech/ equivalent with 15+ years of experience.

Preferred skills:

• Techno functional exp of working on core private markets platforms.
• Technical experience of working on data, understand relational data models, SQL queries
• Experience in any or more of Oracle, MS SQL, DB2 databases. Good data analytics and migration skills.
