- 🎯 Key Responsibilities:Interact with customers and ensure maximum customer satisfaction
- Achieve individual sales targets
- Assist Store Manager in achieving overall store sales plan
- Drive strong sales in Gold Jewellery, Diamond Jewellery & GHS schemes
- Ensure diamond sales performance is robust
- Implement visual merchandising standards effectively
- Support and execute BTL marketing activities
- Handle backend work including CRM data updates
- Tele-call customers to inform about latest offers & schemes
- âś… Eligibility Criteria:Experience: Fresher to 15 Years in Retail / Jewellery / Sales
- Strong communication & convincing skills
- Target-oriented mindset
- Pleasant personality with customer-first approach
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
