Job Description

  • Roles & Responsibilities1. Student CounselingCounsel and guide students about suitable colleges, courses, and career opportunities.
  • Understand students’ interests, academic background, and future aspirations to provide personalized guidance.
  • Maintain a student-centric and ethical counseling approach.
  • 2. Lead ManagementIdentify, engage, and qualify potential students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
  • Maintain timely follow-ups to ensure maximum lead conversion.
  • Manage lead flow efficiently as per campaign requirements.
  • 3. Admissions ConversionHandle student inquiries professionally and provide accurate admission-related information.
  • Convert qualified leads into admissions through strong communication and relationship-building.
  • Achieve monthly admission targets with consistency.
  • 4. Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
  • Ensure satisfaction, trust, and long-term engagement, leading to referrals.
  • Address queries and concerns with patience and clarity.
  • 5. Collaboration & Marketing CoordinationCoordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, content, and promotional activities.
  • Share feedback on market trends and student expectations.
  • Contribute ideas to improve lead quality and marketing outcomes.
  • 6. Data Management & ReportingMaintain accurate student data, inquiry records, and admission progress in CRM systems.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports for management review.
  • Ensure documentation accuracy and confidentiality.
  • 7. Event ParticipationRepresent Angel Youth Education at education fairs, seminars, school/college drives, and webinars.
  • Promote counseling services and partner institutions during events.
  • 8. Customer ExperienceEnsure students have a smooth, transparent, and positive admission journey.
  • Deliver professional service at every stage of their counseling and enrollment.
  • 9. Post-Admission SupportAssist enrolled students with documentation, college updates, and onboarding formalities.
  • Maintain long-term relationships to support future referrals and brand goodwill.
