Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule daily posts, reels, and videos across all social media platforms
- Develop high-impact reels that increase reach, engagement, and followers
- Stay updated with latest social media algorithms, trends, and platform updates
- Brainstorm and execute new content ideas, campaigns, and creative concepts
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on insights
- Manage and grow accounts on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and content hooks
- Collaborate with designers, editors, and marketing teams
- Maintain brand voice, consistency, and visual identity
- Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong knowledge of social media algorithms and organic growth strategies
- Proven experience in creating viral or high-engagement reels and videos
- Excellent understanding of content formats, trends, and audience behaviour
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Reels, Shorts, Stories)
- Strong creative thinking and idea generation
- Good communication and content writing skills
- Ability to analyze insights and performance reports
