Social Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule daily posts, reels, and videos across all social media platforms
• Develop high-impact reels that increase reach, engagement, and followers
• Stay updated with latest social media algorithms, trends, and platform updates
• Brainstorm and execute new content ideas, campaigns, and creative concepts
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on insights
• Manage and grow accounts on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
• Write engaging captions, hashtags, and content hooks
• Collaborate with designers, editors, and marketing teams
• Maintain brand voice, consistency, and visual identity
• Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong knowledge of social media algorithms and organic growth strategies
• Proven experience in creating viral or high-engagement reels and videos
• Excellent understanding of content formats, trends, and audience behaviour
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Reels, Shorts, Stories)
• Strong creative thinking and idea generation
• Good communication and content writing skills
• Ability to analyze insights and performance reports
