Job Responsibilities

  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, calls, and references
  • Make outbound calls to explain job roles and attract candidates
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
  • Maintain and update candidate database (MIS reports)
  • Follow up for interview attendance and joining
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
  • Handle candidate queries and provide proper guidance
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling and hiring
