Role Overview

Urban Company is hiring BTL Field Executives for the Insta Help Services category. This is a field-based sales & onboarding role focused on promoting services and onboarding service partners. Ideal for confident, people-friendly, and sales-driven individuals.

 Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹30,000/Month 
• Travel Allowance: ₹3,000 /Month
• Performance Incentives: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month (₹3,000 per successful Hire)

 Language Requirements

• Telugu – Mandatory
• Hindi/English – Good to have

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & On-Ground Marketing and Onboarding 

• Visit gated societies, apartments, and commercial complexes
• Promote Insta Help services and onboard service partners
• Conduct door-to-door & society-level campaigns
• Execute on-ground activations and awareness drives

2. Relationship Management

• Build trust with residents, RWAs, and society management

3. Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Share daily/weekly reports on leads, conversions, and feedback
