HR Executive

Role: Human Resources (HR Executive )Location: Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-Time

• Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles such as field staff, telecallers, sales executives, and operations team
• Handle job postings on platforms like Apna Job App, Indeed, and LinkedIn
• Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring processes
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and documentation
• Handle onboarding and training coordination for new hires
• Manage employee engagement and retention activities
• Address employee queries, grievances, and HR-related issues
• Ensure company policies, discipline, and compliance are followed
• Coordinate with management for workforce planning and performance tracking
• Required Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in recruitment and HR operations
• Ability to handle blue-collar and field staff hiring
• Basic knowledge of HR tools and job portals
• Good organizational and multitasking ability
• Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of HR experience (startup experience is a plus)
