We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive / Sourcing Executive to manage end-to-end sourcing for BPO and Sales roles. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in bulk hiring, job portals, and social media sourcing with the ability to maintain high daily submission targets.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates for Voice, Non-Voice & Sales roles

• Work extensively on job portals such as Naukri, Shine, foundit, etc.

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and other social platforms

• Use Boolean search techniques for effective talent mapping

• Maintain daily sourcing trackers and reports

• Coordinate with recruiters for profile submission & interview scheduling

• Ensure high volume & quality profiles on a daily basis

• Build and maintain a strong candidate database for future hiring needs

• Strong experience in International BPO / Sales bulk hiring

• Excellent sourcing & screening skills

• Hands-on experience with job portals & social media hiring

• Good communication & coordination skills
