🎯 Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable candidates as per company requirements.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process
• Post job openings on portals (like Apna App, Naukri.com, Indeed)
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
• Conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic/virtual)
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Coordinate with candidates till onboarding
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.

🎓 Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA HR preferred)

• 0–3 years of experience in recruitment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of hiring platforms and MS Excel
• Ability to work under deadlines.

• Ability to handle multiple positions
• Knowledge of local hiring market
• Target-oriented mindset 

💼 Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month (depending on experience)
