Solar Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Energy Technician to install, inspect, maintain, and repair solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. The ideal candidate should have basic electrical knowledge, a strong understanding of solar systems, and the ability to work on-site efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, assemble, and maintain solar PV panels, inverters, and related equipment
• Perform site inspections and system testing to ensure proper functionality
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues in solar systems
• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of solar panels
• Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and local regulations
• Monitor system performance and report any faults or inefficiencies
• Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory
• Coordinate with engineers and project managers during installations

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and solar energy technology
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals
• Willingness to work outdoors and at heights
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Prior experience in solar installation or maintenance is an advantage. Freshers can also apply
• Valid driving license is a plus
