Technician Helper

Job Summary:

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable AC Technician Helper to assist our technicians in installation, repair, and maintenance of air conditioning systems. The candidate should be eager to learn and able to work in field conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist AC technicians in installation and servicing of split and window AC units

Help in gas charging, cleaning, and basic repair work

Carry tools, equipment, and materials to job sites

Support in wiring, fitting, and mounting of AC units

Maintain cleanliness of work area and tools

Follow safety guidelines during work

Help in diagnosing basic faults (training will be provided)

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of electrical work (preferred but not mandatory)

Physically fit and ready for field work

Willingness to learn and grow

Ability to work in a team

Minimum qualification: 8th / 10th pass

Experience:

Fresher or 0–1 year experience in AC or electrical field

Salary:

₹9,000 – ₹12,000 per month (depending on experience)
