Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and leadership roles. The candidate should have strong expertise in technical hiring, stakeholder management, and recruitment strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for junior, mid, senior IT and Director level roles.
• Understand hiring requirements from department heads and management
• Create recruitment strategies to close positions within TAT
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, and references
• Conduct HR interviews and salary negotiation discussions
• Coordinate with technical panels and reporting managers
• Build and maintain talent pipeline for future hiring needs
• Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation
• Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, sourcing efficiency
• Develop employer branding and recruitment campaigns
• Support HR operations, appraisal coordination, and employee engagement activities
• Mentor junior recruiters / HR teams.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in IT hiring (Developers, IoT, Sales, Support, Admin roles)
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn hiring and portal management
• Salary negotiation and offer rollout experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Good knowledge of HRMS / ATS systems
• Team Coordination capability

Preferred Qualification

• MBA / PGDM in HR
• 1+ years in IT recruitment / talent acquisition
