Job Description

## 1. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding

This is the most visible function of HR—finding the right people to drive the company forward.

* *Recruitment:* Drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews.

* *Hiring & Compliance:* Managing offer letters, background checks, and legal documentation.

* *Onboarding:* Integrating new hires into the company culture and providing them with the tools and information needed to start.


## 2. Compensation and Benefits

HR ensures that employees are paid fairly and have access to necessary perks.

* *Payroll Management:* Ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements.

* *Benefits Administration:* Managing health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies (vacation, sick leave, etc.).

* *Market Benchmarking:* Regularly reviewing industry standards to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting talent.


## 3. Training and Development

A key part of HR is "future-proofing" the workforce by helping employees grow.
