Process: Customer Service Representative ( Indusind General Insurance)


Location: Gomti Nagar, Lucknow

Company Overview:

We are hiring for a leading general insurance company. This is a non-sales customer service role focused on resolving customer queries and complaints effectively..

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer queries in a professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Follow company protocols and service standards

Requirements:

  • qualification: Any Graduate
  • Age between 18 to 32 years
  • Avg to good communication skills in English
  • Should be comfortable working in a customer-facing role
  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • Shift Timing: 08:00 AM to 09:00 PM (Any 9 hours)
  • 1 rotational week off
  • Salary: Freshers: Up to ₹13,000 per month
  • Experienced candidates: Up to ₹15,000 per month
