Job Description
The Telecaller Executive will be responsible for lead generation, client outreach, and business development support for the company’s security services. The primary role involves making a high volume of outbound cold calls on a daily basis (approximately 80–150 calls) to prospective clients such as factories, malls, colleges, offices, housing societies, and other establishments. The candidate will be required to connect with key decision-makers including Admin Heads, HR Managers, Facility Managers, and Security Incharges, introduce the company’s services, and create interest in availing security guard and facility management solutions. The role also includes effectively pitching the company’s strengths, customizing communication based on the type of industry, and handling client objections confidently.
The Telecaller will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, generating genuine business leads, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions, including interested prospects, follow-ups, and non-responsive contacts. Regular follow-ups with interested clients are essential to nurture leads and support conversion into business. The candidate will also coordinate with the sales and operations teams to schedule meetings, arrange site visits, and assist in proposal discussions. Maintaining daily reports of calls made, leads generated, and follow-up status is mandatory, along with proper updating of client databases in CRM or Excel systems.
Additionally, the role requires basic market research to identify new business opportunities such as newly established factories, commercial units, or construction sites, and to gather insights on competitor activities. The Telecaller must work in close coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and accurate understanding of client requirements. This is a target-oriented role where performance will be measured based on the number of calls made, quality of leads generated, follow-up efficiency, and overall contribution to business generation. The position demands strong communication skills, confidence in cold calling, a persuasive approach, and a positive, result-driven attitude. Both freshers and experienced candidates may apply, with prior experience in telecalling or sales being an added advantage.
