Retail Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with jewellery selection by understanding their specific requirements, body types, and personal styles.
• Sales Conversion: Drive store sales and achieve monthly/annual targets by cross-selling products and informing customers about current discounts.
• Product Expertise: Stay updated on new jewellery designs, product features, and pricing to provide accurate information to shoppers.
• Store Operations: Maintain store displays according to visual merchandising guidelines, manage inventory (stocking shelves), and process billing transactions.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain a healthy client database to generate leads and encourage repeat business
