Job Description
Nanak Group, a growing real estate development firm, is looking for a confident and result-driven Telecaller to support our real estate sales team by generating quality leads, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating site visits for our plotting and residential projects.
The candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential customers, maintaining CRM data, and ensuring regular follow-ups to convert leads into site visits and bookings.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Calling
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided data
Generate and qualify leads for plotting and real estate projects
Explain project details, pricing, and location advantages
Maintain daily call targets
Customer Handling
Handle inbound inquiries from ads, social media, and campaigns
Understand customer requirements and budget
Provide accurate project information
Build strong customer interest for site visits
Follow-Up & Conversion Support
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers
Schedule and coordinate site visits with sales team
Ensure customer visit confirmation
Support sales team in closing deals
CRM & Data Management
Update CRM with lead details and call status
Maintain daily call and follow-up reports
Track hot, warm, and cold leads
Ensure proper data entry and lead tracking
2. Required Skills
Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
Confident and convincing speaking ability
Sales-oriented mindset
Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM)
Ability to handle customer objections
3. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in real estate Tele-calling preferred
Experience in sales/customer service
Graduate or undergraduate
