Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to inquiries/leads to provide information about courses and training programs.
- Explain course features, benefits, fees, and batch timings to prospective students.
- Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure conversion.
- Counsel students regarding course selection based on their interests and background.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and student interactions in CRM tools or Excel sheets.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to schedule demos, tests, or meetings.
- Handle inbound calls and address student queries professionally.
- Assist in achieving weekly/monthly admission targets.
