  • Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to inquiries/leads to provide information about courses and training programs.
  • Explain course features, benefits, fees, and batch timings to prospective students.
  • Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure conversion.
  • Counsel students regarding course selection based on their interests and background.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and student interactions in CRM tools or Excel sheets.
  • Coordinate with the admissions team to schedule demos, tests, or meetings.
  • Handle inbound calls and address student queries professionally.
  • Assist in achieving weekly/monthly admission targets.
