E-Commerce Executive

Job Opening: E-commerce Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online marketplace operations.

Location: New Delhi (Preferably candidates residing near Mundka)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

• Key Responsibilities:Manage and handle seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, CityMall, and other platforms
• Strong understanding of Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) and Fulfilment by Flipkart (FBF) processes
• Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images, etc.)
• Monitor inventory, pricing, and order processing across platforms
• Handle day-to-day operational issues, returns, and escalations
• Analyze performance and implement improvements for better sales and visibility
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment
• Requirements:Prior experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra preferred)
• Good knowledge of FBA, FBF, and similar fulfillment models
• Strong skills in product listing optimization
• Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Should be confident with his/her knowledge.
• Ready-to-learn & work under experienced managers.
• Basic understanding of Excel and reporting
• Must be based in New Delhi, preferably near Mundka (Rajdhani park metro station - Green Line)
• Preferred Candidate:Self-motivated and proactive
• Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Good communication skills

• WAREHOUSE EXECUTIVES / MANAGERS NOT NEEDED !!!! (Orders processing not needed)
