Job Description

  • Handle outbound calling to promote and explain personal loan products and services in a clear and professional manner
  • Pitch personal loan and overdraft offers to prospective customers and effectively generate qualified leads
  • Collect, verify, and regularly update customer information along with all necessary and relevant details in the system
  • Understand customer needs and requirements by asking appropriate questions and practicing active listening
  • Maintain proper records of all calls, customer interactions, and follow-up activities for future reference
  • Build interest in the product by providing accurate information and resolving basic customer queries during calls
  • Ensure proper follow-up with interested customers to support conversion and completion of the loan process
  • Must have prior experience in cold calling processes within sales or telesales environment
  • Must possess strong communication skills, confidence, and ability to handle customer conversations effectively
