About the Role

We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to expand Maharani’s presence in the commercial kitchen segment. The role involves driving B2B sales, strengthening dealer/distributor networks, and building relationships with HoReCa clients, cloud kitchens, and food processing businesses.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales for Maharani’s range of commercial mixer grinders, blenders, and food processing equipment
  • Appoint, manage, and grow dealer and distributor networks in assigned territory
  • Identify and onboard HoReCa clients including restaurants, hotels, catering businesses, and cloud kitchens
  • Conduct product demos and explain technical features to clients to drive conversions
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and expand market share
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts and ensure repeat business
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy
  • Coordinate with service and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Ensure timely collections and adherence to credit policies

Requirements & Skills

2–5 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably commercial kitchen equipment, appliances, or HoReCa segment)

  • Strong network or experience in dealer/distributor management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to understand and pitch technical products effectively
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field sales
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned region
