Student Counsellor – Job Opening (Delhi Branch)

We are a reputed coaching institute with branches in Delhi and Andhra Pradesh. We are currently looking for a Student Counsellor for our Delhi branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle leads generated through digital marketing.
• Attend to direct student enquiries at the coaching institute.
• Guide and counsel students regarding courses and admissions.
• Follow up on fee payments with enrolled students.
• Respond to emails and other admission-related communications.
• Convince prospective students and help them choose the right course.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong convincing and counselling abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple student enquiries efficiently.
• Basic email handling and follow-up management skills.
• Candidate should not be appearing for any competitive examinations.

Experience:

Preferably should have worked in UPSC coaching centre for atleast 3 years.

UPSC aspirants who have exhausted their attempts can also apply.

Fluency in English and Hindi is Mandatory.

Working Schedule:

• 6 days a week (weekly off not fixed).
