Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

• Handle B2B counselling activities and coordinate with B2B partners
• Understand client requirements and needs and suggest suitable UG/PG courses
• Promote and sell UG & PG programs to B2B clients and partners
• Manage end-to-end admission process, from counselling to admission closure
• Handle client queries professionally and provide accurate solutions
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and partners to ensure conversion
• Prepare and manage emails, documents, PDFs, and presentations
• Maintain proper records using MS Excel and MS Word
• Achieve sales and admission targets within given timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales abilities
• Ability to analyze client needs and offer the right solutions
• Good working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Email handling
• Comfortable working with PDF files and presentations
• Quick learner with a proactive approach
• Presentable personality with a professional attitude
