Key Responsibilities
- Handle B2B counselling activities and coordinate with B2B partners
- Understand client requirements and needs and suggest suitable UG/PG courses
- Promote and sell UG & PG programs to B2B clients and partners
- Manage end-to-end admission process, from counselling to admission closure
- Handle client queries professionally and provide accurate solutions
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and partners to ensure conversion
- Prepare and manage emails, documents, PDFs, and presentations
- Maintain proper records using MS Excel and MS Word
- Achieve sales and admission targets within given timelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales abilities
- Ability to analyze client needs and offer the right solutions
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Email handling
- Comfortable working with PDF files and presentations
- Quick learner with a proactive approach
- Presentable personality with a professional attitude
