This role includes planning and coordinating production, transportation, and inventory management. It also involves ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality control. The goal is to optimize the entire supply chain process to meet customer demands and improve organizational efficiency. The flow of tasks involved in the supply chain, such as order fulfilment, procurement, warehousing and transporting.
