Job Description
- Business Development Executive – ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through calls, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries effectively.
- Conduct client meetings and coordinate site visits (especially for real estate/business projects).
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions/products.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert them into sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Maintain and update lead data, client interactions, and sales reports.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and agreements to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) for smooth deal closure.
- Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
