Job Description

  • Business Development Executive – ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through calls, networking, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries effectively.
  • Conduct client meetings and coordinate site visits (especially for real estate/business projects).
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions/products.
  • Follow up with leads regularly and convert them into sales.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Maintain and update lead data, client interactions, and sales reports.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and agreements to clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) for smooth deal closure.
  • Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
