Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and field visits
  • Counsel students/parents about courses, programs, or services
  • Convert inquiries into admissions or enrollments
  • Maintain and update CRM with lead details
  • Build partnerships with schools, colleges, and coaching institutes
  • Conduct seminars, webinars, and promotional events
  • Follow up with prospective students regularly
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • ๐Ÿ“ž Sales & Counselling Duties:Understand student needs and suggest suitable courses
  • Explain course structure, fees, and career opportunities
  • Handle objections and close sales
  • Coordinate with academic and operations teams
