Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and field visits
- Counsel students/parents about courses, programs, or services
- Convert inquiries into admissions or enrollments
- Maintain and update CRM with lead details
- Build partnerships with schools, colleges, and coaching institutes
- Conduct seminars, webinars, and promotional events
- Follow up with prospective students regularly
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- ๐ Sales & Counselling Duties:Understand student needs and suggest suitable courses
- Explain course structure, fees, and career opportunities
- Handle objections and close sales
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams
- ๐ Required Skills:Strong communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
- Convincing and negotiation ability
- Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM software
- Target-oriented mindset
- Presentation skills
