Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Telecaller to support our business development initiatives in procurement consultancy, GeM services, and contract management solutions.


Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential clients (PSUs, Government, Private Sector)

  • Generate and qualify leads for procurement and GeM-related services
  • Schedule meetings for business development team
  • Follow up on leads, proposals, and inquiries
  • Maintain client database and call records
  • Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution


Eligibility Criteria:Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in telecalling / sales / lead generation
  • Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools

Compensation:Fixed salary + attractive performance incentives
