Job SummaryWe are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to support daily office operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting staff with basic tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office activities.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain cleanliness of office premises (desks, pantry, meeting rooms, washrooms, etc.)
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
- Handle office errands (photocopying, scanning, filing documents)
- Assist in moving files, documents, and office supplies
- Collect and distribute mail, packages, and documents
- Support administrative staff with basic tasks as required
- Monitor and replenish pantry and office supplies
- Ensure office equipment and furniture are properly arranged
- RequirementsMinimum high school education (preferred)
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Basic understanding of office procedures
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Honest, punctual, and responsible
- Ability to follow instructions
