Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)​Company: Sellbii Software Solutions

Our flagship product, Sellbii POS, is an all-in-one cloud-based billing and inventory management system designed for retailers, small businesses, and e-commerce brands. We empower business owners with real-time data, automated reporting, and seamless payment integrations to help them scale effortlessly.

​Role Objective​As a BDE at Sellbii, your primary mission is to identify growth opportunities and onboard new businesses to our software ecosystem. You will act as the face of Sellbii, helping prospective clients understand how our POS and billing solutions can eliminate manual errors, save time, and increase their profitability.


Key Responsibilities​

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and reach out to potential B2B clients (Retailers, Supermarkets, E-commerce shops, etc.) via cold calling, LinkedIn, and field visits.
  • Consultative Sales: Conduct software demonstrations (online and in-person) to showcase Sellbii’s features like automated invoicing, multi-location management, and inventory tracking.
  • Client Onboarding: Guide new users through the setup process, ensuring they understand the value of our "Gold" and "Premium" plans.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and explore opportunities for upselling/cross-selling.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends in the SaaS/POS space and provide feedback to our product team for future updates.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a healthy pipeline in our CRM.
  • ​Required Skills & Qualifications​Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales (experience in SaaS, Software, or Retail Tech is a huge plus).
  • Technical Literacy: Ability to learn our software inside and out and explain technical features (like API integrations or cloud backups) in simple terms.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in [English/Hindi/Local Language].
  • Negotiation: Proven ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
  • Ownership: A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
