Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executive to manage inbound and outbound calls, generate qualified leads, and schedule site visits for the sales team. The candidate will be responsible for engaging potential customers, understanding their property requirements, and guiding them through the initial stage of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls related to property inquiries.

* Explain project details to prospective customers over phone or WhatsApp.

* Qualify leads and understand customer requirements (budget, location, property type).

* Schedule site visits for the sales team.

* Maintain and update CRM / lead database regularly.

* Follow up with potential customers for interest and visit confirmation.

* Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover.

* Maintain daily call reports and lead status updates.

* Provide excellent customer service and first impression of the company.

Required Skills

* Good communication and convincing skills

* Ability to handle customer queries confidently

* Basic knowledge of real estate projects and terminology

* Comfortable with calling and lead follow-ups

* Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
