We are looking for a result-oriented Business Deployment Executive responsible for expanding our presence in the Pune & Maharashtra region through:
• Telephonic sales
• Field sales & direct meetings
• Partnership development in industrial & automobile sectors
The role is focused on business expansion, revenue generation, and strategic deployment of our products/services in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Sales (Phone + Field)
• Mature leads through phone calls
• Conduct on-field client meetings across Pune city & nearby industrial belts
• Present product demonstrations and explain business models
• Close deals and achieve monthly revenue targets
2️⃣ Industrial & Automobile Market Development
• Visit industrial clusters and automobile workshops
• Identify business opportunities in service centers, garages, and industrial units
• Build strong dealer / partner network
3️⃣ Partnership Program Development
• Onboard new channel partners
• Develop referral network
• Maintain long-term business relationships
• Provide support for partner success
4️⃣ Territory Management
• Cover Pune city and nearby zones (MIDC areas, auto hubs, etc.)
• Plan daily visit schedules or telephonic follow-ups
• Maintain structured reporting of meetings and closures
