Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Baner Pune Department: Business Development / Sales
Job Description: The Business Development Manager is responsible for generating new business opportunities, handling client interactions, conducting product demos and presentations, and supporting revenue growth through effective sales and relationship management.
Experience Required: 1+ years in business development, sales, or a related role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Handling leads and follow up with potential clients and grow relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct service demos and deliver professional presentations to clients.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems.
Skills Required:
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good understanding of sales and market research
• Result-oriented with a proactive approach
• Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools
