Workstream Coordinator Duties:

•              Creation of documented migration/decommission plans with specific dates and milestones

•              Seek out potential risks/issues for migration/decommission plans

•              Coordinate with other workstream coordinators where overlap exists

•              Tracking of progress for application migrations and decommissions across each assigned workstream

•              Assistance with data collection and organization

•              Coordination of task/plan executions

•              Execution of various compliance activities and associated documentation execution per application/workstream

•              Weekly/Monthly report outs

•              Tracking of various activities:

•              Discovery documentation

•              Various data points around the applications for a given workstream

•              Cost to achieve per application

•              Savings plan per application

•              Various KPIs per application and per workstream

•              Creation and presentation of progress reports

 

Years of Experience:

• 5 years experience minimum with project coordination efforts
