Job Description
- Outbound/Inbound Calls: Conducting sales, marketing, or customer service calls to existing and prospective clients.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Persuading customers to purchase products/services or schedule appointments.
- Information Management: Gathering, recording, and updating customer details (name, contact info) and interaction history.
- Query Resolution: Identifying customer needs, answering questions, and resolving complaints professionally.
- Meeting Targets: Reaching daily, weekly, or monthly sales quotas or call volume targets.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and conversational abilities.
- Persuasion: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle rejection or customer objections.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to use computer programs, including CRM software.
- Active Listening: Paying attention to customer concerns to provide appropriate solutions.
