Job Description

Senior customer-facing role (5–8 years' experience) bridging technicians, service advisors, and customers. Oversees vehicle trials, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre- and post-repair vehicle trial tests to assess and verify repairs
  • Provide expert technical guidance to technicians during diagnosis and repair
  • Ensure vehicles meet regulatory standards and company quality guidelines before delivery
  • Communicate technical issues, repair timelines, and updates to advisors and customers
  • Assist in root cause analysis for recurring technical problems
  • Support warranty claim processes with accurate technical documentation
  • Maintain service records, inspection checklists, and compliance reports
  • Work with the Service Manager to achieve customer service targets

Requirements Education

  • Diploma/ITI in Automobile Engineering or related field
  • Experience: 5–8 years as a Technical Advisor, Technician, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of automotive systems: engine, transmission, electronics, diagnostics
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools, scanners, and testing equipment
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and vehicle roadworthiness standards
  • May require rotational shifts
