Job Description – Insurance Sales & Support

·      Generate new business through calls, emails, and partner channels.

·      Build and maintain relationships with clients, introducers, and affiliates.

·      Convert enquiries into sales and achieve business targets.

·      Handle policy applications, renewals, and potential cancellations to retain clients.

·      Provide phone and email support to brokers and customers.

·      Prepare quotations, renewal terms, and maintain client records accurately.

·      Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

·      Stay updated with product knowledge and comply with FCA regulations.

·      Work collaboratively with the team to support company goals and performance.
