3. Rider Management
Assist in rider on boarding, documentation, and training.
Manage rider schedules, availability, and allocation for smooth delivery operations.
Address rider grievances, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to company standards.
Work closely with operations to maintain rider efficiency and customer service levels.

4. Business Growth & Strategy
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitor activities.
Contribute ideas for promotional campaigns and local marketing initiatives.
Build long-term relationships with stakeholders to strengthen the brand presence.



Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
0–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Operations (freshers are welcome).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
Problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude.
