We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and increasing revenue. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, strategic thinking ability, and experience in sales or business development.

  • Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking
  • Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and business contracts
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to meet client requirements
  • Track sales performance and prepare regular reports
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales/business development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Preferred Skills:Experience in IT/Software industry (if applicable)
