Job Description

Role Overview: Looking for a dynamic BDE to drive real estate sales ( Gated Community Apartments in Hyderabad ) and close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new real estate business opportunities
  • Conduct property presentations and site visits
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
  • Build strong client relationships and generate referrals
  • Maintain sales pipeline and accurate forecasting

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years in real estate sales/business development
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
