Job Description

  • 1. Setting Sales Goals & StrategyDefine sales targets and KPIs for the team
  • Develop short-term and long-term sales strategies
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity
  • 2. Managing the Sales TeamRecruit, train, and onboard sales representatives
  • Assign territories or accounts
  • Motivate and guide team members to achieve targets
  • Conduct regular performance reviews
  • 3. Driving Revenue GrowthEnsure the team meets or exceeds sales quotas
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • 4. Monitoring PerformanceTrack sales metrics (conversion rates, pipeline, revenue)
  • Prepare sales reports for senior management
  • Use CRM tools to monitor activities and progress
  • 5. Customer Relationship ManagementHandle key clients and high-value accounts
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
