Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Helpdesk for service calls

• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop-level hardware issues

• Perform basic R&D and diagnosis for hardware problems

• Handle email communication and ticket updates

• Coordinate with third-party vendors for service support

• Provide in-house hardware and software support to staff

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and peripherals

Requirements:

• 3–5 years experience in IT Hardware Support

• Good knowledge of desktop hardware troubleshooting

• Basic networking and software installation knowledge

• Good communication and email handling skills

• Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams
