The Office Administrator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow, maintaining office systems, and supporting staff across departments. This role plays a key part in ensuring the organization functions effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:Greet visitors and direct them appropriately.
Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain office filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Order and manage inventory of office supplies and equipment.
